Terri began her insurance carrier in 1976 working in a small local independent agency.  She then spent the next 27 years as Personal Lines Manager, Vice President with Hilb Rogal and Hobbs/Willis before joining GEM in 2009.

Terri has earned the Certified Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation as well as Associate in Insurance (AIS) and Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR).  She has also attended several Dale Carnegie classes.  She was awarded the Travelers Award of Excellence.

Terri is married and has two children, Wendy and Courtney.  Wendy and Courtney both attendUniversityofHouston.  Terri and Wendy were members of the mother/daughter philanthropy National Charity League for several years serving such organizations as Katy Christian Ministries, SIRE and Texas Children’s Hospital.  She has also participated in the construction of two Habitat for Humanity homes in theHoustonarea.  After raising their family in the Katy area, Terri and her husband, Bobby now reside in Magnolia,Texas.
