Paige is responsible for the Energy & Marine division of GEM and will oversee the management of your account.

Paige has been in the insurance business for thirty years. He began with Aetna Casualty and Surety as a bond specialist. Later, he was a producer for Danvers-Eason Insurance Agency in Houston and Owner and Vice President of Southwestern Casualty Agency. Inc.

He has been with GEM since 1981.

In 1997, Paige saw a need for direct correspondence with foreign markets and created F.P. Butler, Inc. the whole sale brokerage arm of GEM which enables GEM unfettered access to the Lloyd’s market in London and other surplus lines markets. F.P. Butler. Inc. also develops energy related insurance programs specific to homogenous industry needs. These programs are not limited to just GEM clients but are available through other retail outlets.

Paige is a member of the National Association of Surety Bond Producers and The Houston Club.

Paige is a graduate of the University of Virginia where he received a B.A. in Business. Following graduation, Paige served as an officer in the United States Air Force.
